I have been in counseling for over 19 years. I love working with teens through adulthood clients.
Many of the solutions we seek are already inside of us. They can be hard to find, but it is possible. Using talk therapy and emotional regulation skills, we’ll work together to identify goals and practices that fit with the life you’re eager to live. I will provide compassionate, steady support as you navigate anxiety, depression, family or relationship challenges, recovery from addiction, and the impacts of ADHD.
I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and always consider cultural and social context. I also collaborate with other therapists to offer educational and support groups several times a year. Using a combination of physical, emotional, and cognitive tools, we’ll work to improve daily functioning, strengthen coping skills, and increase the joy and ease in your life.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Regis University, and I work with adults across a variety of life stages and transitions.

I bring warmth, humor, and clear guidance to therapy. Cognitive techniques help uncover how thoughts shape emotions and actions, while mindfulness fosters calm and focus. We’ll also explore your values to guide our work. Humor keeps things light, and directness ensures we stay on track. Together, we’ll work toward lasting growth and confidence.I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Wake Forest University.
Hello there, I’m C Blanck (they/them), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an MSW (Master of Social Work) and MDiv (Master of Divinity). While I specialize in the treatment of trauma, including complex trauma, I am currently utilizing EMDR with appropriate clients and concerns consistent with my level of training. For clients seeking treatment for complex trauma, I also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative, psychodynamic, ACT, DBT, and other trauma-informed approaches to support healing and recovery.

I am a psychiatrist trained in adult psychiatry, though I do have some experience working in adolescent and geriatric psychiatry as well. I try to integrate western medicine approaches to care with more holistic approaches, which often includes providing psychotherapy, medications, and lifestyle modification. I have specific interest in different psychotherapy modalities, and often incorporate some aspects of psychotherapy in my visits with clients even if this is not the primary focus. In my work, I like to focus on your strengths, goals, and values as the main components of our treatment plan. I try to bring a curious, open-minded, and compassionate energy to my work.
