🌄 A Tale of Two States: From Colorado to Texas
I'm a proud product of two distinct states: I spent my formative years growing up in Colorado before a major shift landed me in Pflugerville, Texas, as a high school junior.
That move—especially navigating a new culture and community during those challenging teenage years—was a profound adjustment period. It was this early, personal experience with transition and change that fundamentally shaped my path and inspired me to choose counseling as my career. Now, I carry the influence of both states with me.

Congratulations. Exploring options for therapy/therapists can be daunting, but finding a good fit is important. I've been a therapist with youth, adults, families and couples in multiple settings since 1999. While I have extensive training and experience in multiple Evidence-Based Therapies, I combine that with life experience to bring you the best partner for your exploration and improvement.
If you are looking to develop a greater understanding of yourself, a situation, or are looking for tools to better navigate life, we may be a fit.
In my private practice, I utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each cli. These modalities include Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Ketamine Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
