Welcome to the start of your therapeutic journey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) living in Denver, Colorado! I grew up in the Philadelphia area and moved to CO when I fell in love with all it has to offer! I am a Certified ADHD-Clinical Services Provider. As someone with ADHD myself, I understand how it can impact one's life. I have much experience working with clients to cope with how ADHD impacts anxiety & depression. I also specialize in examining how one's queer and neurodivergent identities can compound the trauma of growing up in a world that does not support either identity.
Along with being a therapist, I am a crafter, mother, gardener, queer, neurodivergent, and lover of all things fantasy!
I'm Kathryn Konicek, founder and owner of Evolve Therapy & Consulting. I am dedicated to helping you cultivate the life you want—without judgment. Seriously, fuck judgment! Whether you're navigating intense life transitions, or recovering from trauma, I work to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are, with all the messy, real parts of your story.
Are you navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, neurodiversity, or questions around identity and life change, and hoping to feel more understood? I support people through trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, neurodiversity, and major life adjustments. My approach is warm, culturally humble, trauma-informed, and focused on you as a whole person. I believe you know yourself best, and I’m here to listen, understand your goals, and help you find steps that feel right for you.
I'm Anna Bellard, LCSW, a trauma therapist with nearly a decade of experience supporting adults through anxiety, PSTD, and the lasting impact of trauma. I specialize in EMDR therapy and somatic-based approaches that help clients heal not just mentally, but through the nervous system as a whole.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Vermont and completed my Master of Social Work at University of Denver in 2020. My clinical background includes inpatient psychiatric care, adult partial hospitalization (PHP), and dual-diagnosis treatment, where I worked with complex trauma, mood disorders, and substance use.
Overtime, my work led me to focus on individual therapy for adults seeking deeper healing, emotional regulation, and reconnection with themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct.
Life isn't always about getting through a crisis. Sometimes it's realizing you've been carrying stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion for so long that it feels normal. You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. I believe therapy works best when you feel understood, respected, and comfortable being yourself. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, burnout, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My priority is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. With over 40 years in healthcare—including service as a former Navy Nurse Corps Officer and retired military veteran—I bring values of resilience, trust, and teamwork into every therapeutic relationship. I view care as a partnership and work to empower you to take an active role in your mental health.

Reaching out for therapy can take courage, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with nearly a decade of clinical experience in inpatient behavioral health. I focus on depression and bipolar mood concerns, anxiety, ADHD, and life stressors.
I have found my own personal healing to be intimately connected to nature, and it is here that I believe that we can all begin to rediscover our intrinsic humanity and let go of those things that distract us from our higher selves. In my spare time, I work as an outdoor educator and manage my own private practice and guide Outdoor Retreats
I believe it is helpful and important to translate what is discussed in session and in telehealth meetings into lived experience and real change.
