I graduated from UCLA's Social Welfare program and developed a specialty working with adolescents, teens, parents, teachers and school administrators via the LAUSD public school system. Over the course of 15 years, I have developed an expertise in utilizing a trauma-informed lens and attachment theory to address treatment areas such as trauma, depression, parenting, parent-child relationships, behavioral issues and anxiety.
As a veteran, therapist, and human being I resonate deeply with the archetype of the “wounded healer". I understand trauma and the seriousness of life's challenges not just clinically, but personally. I am assured in my professional capacity that I can provide you with the high level of care and support that you deserve.

I'm a licensed psychologist working with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, grief, significant life changes, or challenges with attention and focus. I believe therapy is a space where you should feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. My role is not to tell you what choices to make, but to walk alongside you as you better understand yourself, explore what matters most to you, and find a path that feels right for you.
I value building a genuine connection with my clients and creating a space where you can be open and honest without fear of judgment. Together, we can work through the things that may be weighing on you and develop tools that help you feel more confident in navigating life, relationships, and the challenges that come your way.
I primarily work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties, including challenges with family, friendships, and romantic relationships. I have worked with youth and families since 2016 and have provided therapy since 2022. My experience also includes supporting individuals impacted by domestic violence and working in crisis settings, which has shaped my belief in meeting people with compassion, patience, and understanding during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Most importantly, I believe you are the expert on your own life. My hope is to help you feel empowered to make choices that align with your beliefs, values, and the life you want to create.
I have over 7 years of experience working with depression and anxiety disorders, trauma, couples, and other severe mental health concerns. My goal is to create a comfortable, safe space where you can begin your therapeutic journey with confidence and without judgment. Together, we can openly explore what you want in—and out of—life. If you don't know what that looks like yet, that's okay. We can figure it out together. Your goals may also change along the way, and therapy should have the flexibility to change with you.
