Hello! I graduated from NYU with a Masters in Social Work in 2016. Since then I have worked as a behavioral health specialist assessing soldiers before and after deployment; as a social worker at Riker’s Island working specifically with incarcerated women; and as a therapist for Partial Hospitalization Program, Outpatient, and Intake at a Psychiatric Hospital. I am currently a social worker working specifically with formerly homeless veterans.

I’m a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and come from a background of 17 years in healthcare. My approach to care is holistic, compassionate, and grounded in understanding each person’s story. I work with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, loss, and chronic conditions to name a few. I’m especially passionate about supporting Native American communities.
Clients often describe me as warm, patient, and easy to talk to. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to take steps toward lasting mental wellness.
You have been managing. Getting through the days, handling what comes at you, keeping it together. But somewhere along the way, that started to feel like the ceiling instead of the floor. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the kind of stress that stops feeling temporary. I also work with LGBTQIA+ and transgender individuals, and with people facing major life transitions who are ready for something to genuinely shift. My approach is practical and grounded. I am here to help you get unstuck and move forward with more confidence than you walked in with.
I'm a Licensed Master and Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping people through some of life's hardest moments. I work with individuals, families, and groups, and I have specialized training in trauma, eating disorders, and sexual health concerns. I'm also passionate about the bigger picture — how the world around us affects our mental health — and I bring that perspective into my work. I'm currently accepting new clients.
The majority of my professional experience comes from working with justice-impacted individuals, which has given me a deeper understanding of the complex challenges, life experiences, and barriers that can shape a person’s mental health and well-being. Through this work, I have developed a strong commitment to providing compassionate, nonjudgmental care and creating a space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported.
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and am currently pursuing my Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Counselor Education and Supervision at Walden University. My continued education reflects my commitment to ongoing growth and providing thoughtful, informed care to the individuals I serve.
My work focuses on helping individuals through life transitions whether that be in the form of grief, trauma or overall changes happening and causing disruption to your life. I have been in the therapy world for 6 years now and prior worked in community focused organizations. I have training in trauma-informed therapy, as a death comadre, CPP, and perinatal mental health.
Hello,
I'm Lynn and I have supported individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges through individual and group therapy, using compassionate, evidence-based care.
