Hello! My name is Courtney Daniel. I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I graduated from Wilkes University with my Master's of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. I also hold a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology.
I believe that healing looks different for everyone, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are. I take a collaborative approach, which means we work through things together. Medication can be a helpful tool when itās needed, but itās not the only piece of the process. Weāll also focus on building and strengthening coping skills so you feel more confident day to day.
Above all, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted without judgment. Thank you for trusting me with your care.
I provide telehealth psychiatric services to people living in Arizona. I work with children ages 6 and up, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in treating mood disorders including depression, anxiety and bipolar, as well as ADHD, OCD, schizophrenia, PTSD, postpartum depression, and more.
You may be functioning well on the outside while quietly feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unable to slow down.
You may be the person others depend on while quietly feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. At Miltonās Place Counseling, therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, process what you are carrying, and identify practical next steps. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and major life transitions. You do not have to wait until you are in crisis to seek support.
If anxiety, depression, grief, or ongoing stress are making daily life feel harder, you donāt have to navigate it alone. I work with adolescents, adults, and families who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Many parents seek support when they notice changes in their teenās mood, behavior, school functioning, or communication, while adults often come to therapy feeling exhausted, disconnected, or weighed down by life transitions and relationship stress.
