During that time she saw a need for mental health care services in the perinatal and postpartum period, so she went back to school to pursue her post-graduate certificate as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and graduated in January 2023.

Sanjay Kestner MC, LPC, CHST is a licensed professional counselor who specializes in sex therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Sanjay received his bachelor's degree in psychology from Gonzaga University, and his master's degree in counseling from Arizona State University. He is a Certified Holistic Sex Therapist who specializes in men's issues. Sanjay is a sex positive and LGBTQ friendly counselor.

I’m a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who works with clients across the lifespan. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and complex or treatment-resistant conditions. I have advanced experience with innovative treatments, including Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care for those who may not have found relief with traditional approaches alone.
