Welcome! I’m Dr. Chelsi Battle, a licensed psychologist with a PhD in Counseling Psychology and over 6 years of experience supporting adults through life’s challenges.
I work with adults managing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, and major life transitions.
I also have specialized experience in athlete mental health and performance psychology, helping athletes and coaches pursue their goals while maintaining balance and overall well-being.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Therapist with over 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and geriatric populations. I’ve practiced in various settings such as outpatient mental health clinics, in-patient psychiatric hospitals, in-home and virtually. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, anger management issues along with trauma and abuse.
For the past 8 years, I’ve worked closely with elderly and disabled individuals, supporting them through life’s emotional and practical challenges. Before becoming a social worker, I worked in banking, but I felt a strong pull toward work that allowed me to truly make a difference in people’s lives. That calling led me to counseling. I bring compassion, patience, and a deep respect for each person’s story into the work we do together.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with graduate-level training in clinical mental health counseling. My professional background includes working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including cognitive-behavioral and trauma-informed interventions.
I primarily serve adults seeking support with emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship concerns, and personal growth. My work is grounded in creating a structured, supportive environment where clients can develop practical coping skills, increase insight, and improve overall functioning.
