I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing virtual ADHD therapy for individuals, couples, and families struggling with overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, relationship stress, and chronic follow-through difficulties.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years as a Life Coach and ADHD Coach, studying and working exclusively with one condition: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). That experience gave me firsthand insight into how deeply ADHD can affect confidence, relationships, emotional regulation, organization, and everyday functioning over time.
This foundation allows me to help individuals, couples, and families address the emotional and relational patterns that often develop after years of feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, disorganized, or mentally overloaded. My work centers on helping individuals, couples, and families better understand how ADHD affects emotions, relationships, and everyday life so they can move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding.
The therapeutic process is one of endless discovery and self-empowerment. Seeking out help is a valiant first step in this personal journey to befriend yourself. Befriending yourself greatly opens the internal space to invite others in so that we might have fuller, richer, and more wholesome relationships with those we love and those we’ve yet to meet. If you seek to reconnect, or connect more deeply, with your inherent goodness, then please reach out. I am deeply excited by the prospect of being able to share this experience with you.

I am a licensed mental health therapist with a background in social work. I have a master's in clinical social work from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. I work with adults and children navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, professional stress, grief, and patterns that feel difficult to shift. I also support individuals experiencing self-doubt, boundary concerns, emotional overwhelm, and relational dynamics that leave them feeling unseen or unheard.

Welcome — I’m Shuntell Browne, a licensed therapist and proud United States Navy veteran. My background in military service deeply informs the way I show up in the therapy space: with structure, compassion, accountability, and a strong commitment to helping others navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.
I work with both children and adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma, grief, and family transitions such as divorce or changes in caregiving. I have extensive experience supporting children and adolescents who are struggling with self-esteem, peer relationships, school stress, and big emotions, as well as adults who are working through life stressors, past trauma, and relationship challenges.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered, while also learning practical coping skills they can apply outside of sessions. I believe therapy should be both healing and actionable, and I partner closely with clients to help them make meaningful, lasting changes.
Whether you are seeking therapy for yourself or your child, my goal is to support growth, build emotional resilience, and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Hello, I'm so happy you found me! I'm Roxann Pazdera, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Birch Grove Family Therapy. Whether your family is navigating emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, family conflict, or the aftermath of a mental health crisis, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where healing and growth can occur. I truly strive to meet you where you are. I believe that healing begins with feeling safe, supported, and truly understood. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families experiencing difficulties related to emotional regulation, attachment, anxiety, family relationships, and transitions following higher levels of care. I am particularly passionate about helping caregivers better understand their children's emotional needs while strengthening relationships.
I am drawn to this work because I’m a parent myself. My areas of interest grew from recognizing the need for stronger family support services and more accessible step-down care for children and teens following inpatient or other high-acuity treatment. My practice is intentionally small so I can provide personalized, high-quality care.
You’ve built your career. You’ve earned the title. You’ve learned how to perform, make decisions, solve problems, and lead others. But what got you here... may not be what keeps you there and takes you to your next level. The next level of leadership isn’t always about learning another strategy or adding another skill. Sometimes, it’s about shifting what’s happening within you—the way you think, the way you respond under pressure, what you’ve carried, and the habits & patterns that influence how you lead.
I work with leaders to help them lead with calm, confident composure. Leading doesn’t have to be so hard. Call or email me today. I meet you where you're at and start by listening closely, nonjudgmentally to your story. This helps us build trust & rapport. My approach leans more toward coaching to support you holistically—emotionally, mentally, and professionally. I help you understand what holds you back & keeps you overwhelmed or stuck. I offer practical tools you can use in your daily life.
You get the benefit of my 25 years of experience working with high‐potential, high-achieving professionals & leaders navigating stress, burnout, conflict with team members or the pressure to “hold everything together".
We explore what’s happening, without judgment. At the same time, you will get clear guidance, insight, and strategies that help you build emotional resilience, strengthen communication, set boundaries, and make meaningful changes.
I draw from what research says works best and years of experience in healthcare leadership, leadership coaching, and organizational psychology/development. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, people‐pleasing, or major transitions, I can help you find ways in which you hold can bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
If you're navigating a life transition, or dealing with ADHD, OCD, anxiety, or depression, I'd love to work with you. I'm currently accepting older teens and adults for telehealth appointments, and I bring a wide range of evidence-based tools to our work together.
A little about my background: I served in the US Army before earning my Bachelor's and Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since then, I've worked in psychiatric hospitals, residential care, and outpatient settings. I take my work seriously, but also try to keep things light-hearted when necessary. I'm pretty laid back, and I think that comes through pretty quickly once we start talking. I have also learned to cope and coexist ADHD, have experienced major depressive episodes, and overcome struggles with OCD.
I bring over a decade of professional experience to therapy along with my own life experiences, empathy, understanding, and hopefully a little humor along the way.
While my license is as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I strive to live my own life as authentically and intentionally as I can as a parent, family member, and friend; and I bring those same values into the therapy room.
I believe every person has a story worth telling and deserves to feel heard without judgment. It is truly an honor to witness the strength and resilience my clients possess, and I never take for granted the trust they place in me by allowing me to be part of their journey.
