Are you tired of feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself—despite appearing like you have it all together? Maybe you’re the one everyone relies on, the high achiever, the sensitive soul, the creative, or even the therapist who supports others. On the outside, you seem steady and capable. On the inside, you may feel stuck, overwhelmed, lonely, or unsure of who you truly are anymore. If that resonates, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep pretending everything is fine.

I specialize in polyamory and ethical non-monogamy; and have experience working with polycules. I practice couples communication coaching and conflict resolution. I am kink-allied, sex work-allied, LGBTQ+ allied.
I am a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Masters in Clinical Social Work, and received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. With a foundation in yoga, nervous system regulation, and spiritual practice, my work is rooted in guiding you to return to your own embodied truth through reinforcing resilience and post-traumatic growth. I primarily work with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and those navigating PTSD and other trauma related diagnoses.
I have been providing treatment for over 25 years. I'm very skilled and have focused on addiction treatment, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health illnesses. I am very curious about your situation and would love to assist you.
