I’m Erin, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Solace Mind and Wellness, PLLC. I believe mental health care should feel thoughtful, collaborative, and individualized. Mental wellness is influenced by many factors including biology, lifestyle, environment, stress, and life experiences. Treatment should reflect the whole person, not just a diagnosis. Through my tele psychiatry practice, I provide evidence-based psychiatric care for adults and adolescents across Arizona in a calm, supportive, and private setting. I specialize in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, depression, and SMI.

I’m a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in both private practice and community mental health settings. My background allows me to work with a wide range of individuals, from those navigating everyday stress and anxiety to those managing more complex mental health conditions.

I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degrees from Middle Tennessee State University, Maryville University, and Murray State University. My training across both primary care and psychiatry allows me to take a comprehensive, whole-person approach to care.

I have had the opportunity and blessing to work with individuals from all dynamic backgrounds and in those endeavors have acquired a great appreciation and respect for what each individual struggle with. It is my hope and responsibility to get them through this
