I’m a licensed professional counselor who works primarily with women navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or frustrated with themselves for not being able to “keep up” in the way they think they should.

am a professional clinical counselor, licensed in Ohio, with over 29 years of experience working with adults, children, and families. I have worked with clients who have a wide range of concerns, such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, gender issues, addictions, family systems, marital/relationship or career challenges, trauma, and ADHD. My approach combines CBT, cognitive-behavioral therapy, Gottman Therapy, DBT, and trauma-focused CBT interventions.

I consider myself the Dolly Parton of mental wellness: all humans are welcome, being clear is kind, and, like Dolly, sometimes we all need a little help navigating life from 9-to-5. I provide therapy in Ohio and Kentucky, and I also offer holistic wellness coaching and integrative psychedelic support to help you explore growth from multiple angles. In our sessions, I tailor the process to fit you—addressing experiences, patterns, or distortions that might leave your cup of ambition dry. With a transparent, solution-focused approach, we’ll work together to create meaningful, lasting change that goes beyond our 50 minutes.

My background includes both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nursing from Walsh University, and I bring that clinical foundation into thoughtful, individualized care.

I have an LISW-S and a degree in Special Education. I have worked for 27 years with various populations in hospitals, outpatient, and school settings. I am trained in many different approaches and use them to assist my clients in achieving goals and improving their life situation. I have special training and experience in the treatment of childhood disorders.

I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction recovery, and big life transitions. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and start to heal. Together, we’ll focus on building practical coping skills, confidence, and lasting change. I also support families raising children with autism, as well as individuals managing both mental health and substance use challenges.

I have been licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor since 2004 and have held a supervision designation since 2015. I have also held a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with a supervision/training designation license since 2018. I have maintained a private counseling practice in Chillicothe since 2000 and I continue to work with individuals and families in that capacity. I have dedicated my career to helping others and to working with the community to ensure the well-being of families and children.
