Evidence-Based Practices are great Words. Real life takes adaptation, acceptance, and attunement. Most people come to therapy not out of brokenness, but because they are stuck on the Map of Life, in a cul-de-sac. Patti is able to meet online, or in person in Slavic Village and Barnesville. Partnering with LGBTQIA, Prescribers, and Recovery supports to help patients connect with care for their healthiest self.

Hello, and welcome! I'm so glad you're here!
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio with 15 years of experience. I currently work with individuals ages 15 and over, but much of my recent focus has been on working with women dealing with anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Hi, I’m a compassionate and dedicated therapist who's independently licensed in multiple areas with over 14 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and empowered. Let’s work together to uncover your strengths and help you move toward the life you want.
When we live in spaces of meeting other people’s expectations, how can we ever discover who we authentically are? My role as a therapist is to create a space where you are able to be authentically yourself. We are not simple and isolated beings. We are influenced and impacted by various different relationships and experiences throughout our lives. There is no road map on how to be. So, let’s create it together.
I am a trauma informed Independent Couple and Family Therapist, which allows me to hold space and acknowledge the multitude of different factors that influence a person or couple. I received my Master's from Appalachian State University in Marriage and Family Therapy with a certificate of Multicultural Counseling.
As a queer, neurodiverse, 2nd generation Martinican American, I understand the importance of providing culturally responsive and affirming care. I believe that therapy deserves a person - centered approach putting emphasis on the need for collaboration and consent throughout the whole experience. Transparency and honesty are priorities for me as a therapist to ensure there is an ability to create trust and understanding from the start of services.
Being neurodiverse, it is important for my clients to understand that I work with your brain rather than against it. Allowing for multiple possibilities and ways to navigate difficult experiences to ensure that what is being explored is supportive, inclusive and accessible to all of my clients without the experience of shame and challenges internalized ableism.
Clients that are most successful are willing to be challenged, self-reflect, being willing to try something new and learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. I feel privileged to be able to be part of your journey.
Hello, I'm Stefanie Young, an Army brat, born in Germany and a Gulf War Veteran. I've spent my entire career in and around first response: military, military police, and civilian law enforcement which has truly shaped my approach to therapy by understanding the culture, the pressures that come with it, and what it takes to finally talk to someone.
My practice is a confidential, open space for adults working through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, anger, and depression. If you're a first responder or veteran, you won't need to explain your world to me, I've lived it. And if you're not, you're equally welcome as well.
I help clients understand how their experiences shape their present struggles and help build internal safety, self-understanding, and resilience.
My work is especially suited for individuals who have experienced trauma and feel its effects in their daily lives. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or others, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating. Trauma can leave people feeling alone, misunderstood, invisible, or unsafe—even within their own bodies and minds.
I often work with clients navigating complex trauma, trauma-related addiction, abuse specializing in DV/IPV, neurodivergent and identity struggles, anxiety, and depression. Many are individuals who have spent years surviving difficult experiences and are now seeking a deeper level of healing, understanding, and stability.
Clients who tend to benefit most from working with me are those who want more than symptom relief—they want to understand themselves more deeply and build a life that feels meaningful, authentic, and connected. Their goals often include feeling safer in their own bodies, reducing emotional reactivity and overwhelm, improving relationships, and developing a stronger sense of identity and self-trust.
My name is Jeannine Taylor. I earned a Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and a Doctoral Degree from Kent State University. I enjoy helping people balance work and family; navigate the challenges before, during and after divorce; and cope with changes associated with midlife and later life. I also help clients make career decisions and establish educational goals.
PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOT ACCEPTING NEW COUPLES AS OF MARCH 6, 2026; HOWEVER, I AM ACCEPTING NEW INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor in Ohio with experience supporting children, teens, and adults through challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, trauma, and life transitions. I aim to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
