I’ve been honored to be providing Creative Arts Therapy within New York State for over 16 years. Collaboratively creating a reliable and insightful therapeutic realm where you feel safe to explore, process and self reflect is a primary part of my practice. Honing into your ever complexities with purpose and analytical connectedness is key to my therapeutic approach.
Hi there and welcome!
My priority is supporting clients on their journeys towards personal healing & growth.
In 2010, I received my MSW/LMSW. While doing outpatient clinical work at the NYC non-profit agency JBFCS, I became an LCSW. In 2016, I began to establish my private psychotherapy practice, focusing on young and professional adults presenting with a broad variety of life challenges.
I view therapy as a collaborative process where clients are invited to make sense of their experiences in a way that feels authentic to them. Rather than directing the process, I focus on creating a supportive environment where individuals can speak openly, reflect at their own pace, and gain insight into their thoughts and emotions. In the midst of busy and often overwhelming daily life, having intentional time to pause and look inward can be a powerful part of personal growth.
Creating room for reflection can open the door to new perspectives and a deeper awareness of internal experiences. As clients begin to better understand their emotional responses and patterns, they often find greater clarity in how they relate to themselves and others. This increased awareness can support more intentional decision-making and help guide the next steps in their personal growth.
Let me share some information about myself. I am a graduate from Brooklyn College for my BA degree and I attended NYU for my masters degree in social work. I have worked in different setting over the years and really enjoy working with all different age groups. I enjoy families, couples and individuals. I enjoy seeing the progress my clients make once they start to see their own patterns and what they feel they should change.
"Clients start to heal the moment they feel heard".
I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care to adolescents and adults through a warm, holistic, and evidence-based approach. I completed my Family Nurse Practitioner training at Long Island University and later advanced my training with a post master’s certification in psychiatric mental health at Liberty University. My background across urgent care and outpatient settings has allowed me to care for a wide range of conditions, while recognizing the strong connection between physical health, anxiety, depression, and overall emotional well-being.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, stress, and life transitions, including those managing both medical and mental health conditions. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management, while also creating a supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to help you feel more stable, clear, and in control of your mental health.
As a Licensed Therapist, I provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood. I have experience working with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, and other mental health concerns.

I’m Paige Allegra Blayne, a therapist who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and accepted. I have experience working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals recovering from trauma, and those facing challenges related to body image, infertility, substance use, and women’s mental health. My practice is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to explore every part of yourself without judgment.
My goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
