If you're carrying the weight of depression, anxiety, or a past you haven't been able to fully
process, you don't have to figure it out alone. With more than five years as a Licensed Clinical
Social Worker, I work with adults and seniors who are ready to make sense of what they've been
through and start moving toward the life they want to build.
I have a particular passion for working with people navigating mood disorders like bipolar disorder,
trauma and PTSD, and the kind of emotional challenges men often face but rarely talk about. I also
work with couples who want to strengthen their connection before things fall apart.
I have been working as a clinician and an administrator for over 25 years. After gaining a Master's of Social Work, I worked in community mental health centers in Northern Arizona, Chicago, Missouri and Kansas. I have held roles as a case manager, therapist, clinical supervisor and an administrator overseeing operations of a community mental health center. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work at organizations across the country that focus on helping clients achieve wellness and balance in their lives. As a clinician, I am dedicated to providing personalized care to clients, and helping clients move towards wellness through the use of CBT, EMDR and other evidence based practices.
I look forward to meeting you and working with you.
I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and create meaningful change in their lives. I work with adults navigating alcohol and substance abuse, trauma, depression, stress, and relationship challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they feel safe being fully themselves.
Many of the clients I support feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed by stress, disconnected in relationships, or stuck in unhealthy coping patterns. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
I am a clinically licensed therapist who works with teens and adults. I support clients who are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional regulation, relationship stress, life transitions, and self esteem concerns. I aim to create a space that feels warm, genuine, and safe. I believe therapy does not have to feel intimidating to be effective, and I often use appropriate humor to help clients feel more comfortable while doing meaningful work.
About Paige
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I've dedicated my career to guiding individuals and couples through their mental health journeys. My academic foundation includes a Master's degree in Mental Health from Mid-America Nazarene University, which equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of psychological principles and therapeutic techniques. Professionally, I specialize in addressing areas such as anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation. I believe that connecting with your authentic self is the compass that guides you toward health and healing.
Beyond my professional qualifications, I believe in the power of shared humanity. As a neurodiverse therapist with dyslexia, I bring a unique and empathetic perspective to my practice. This personal experience allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level, fostering a truly understanding and non-judgemental space. Outside of the therapy room, I value quality time with my family and community, which helps me stay grounded and connected to the world around us.
Could you benefit from having a realistic, relaxed therapist who can help you achieve your goals to live your life to the fullest? Nice to meet you! I am an LCSW in the state of Missouri and I look forward to seeing what we can achieve together.
Most therapists treat what’s happening in your mind. I also look at what’s happening in your body.
I believe our brain is arguably the most important organ in the body — it is the command center for everything else. So why do we not put more emphasis on its health, and the ripple effect it has on our body and our lives? This question is at the heart of everything I do.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, EMDR-trained therapist, and Certified Personal Trainer. I graduated from Lindenwood University in Missouri with my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling in 2012, and founded Inspire Change Counseling in 2014 with a vision of creating a truly integrative approach to mental health care — one where clients receive a multi-disciplinary scope of care, not just a referral for medication.
I understand that finding the right psychiatric provider can feel overwhelming, and I believe you shouldn’t have to navigate your mental health journey alone. I provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive and judgment-free environment. I take the time to listen to your concerns, understand your unique experiences, and work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan that aligns with your individual needs and goals.
Hi. I'm glad you found me!

I've been a social worker since 1995 and a licensed therapist since 2011. I believe it's important to have a safe and comfortable place to process how you are feeling.
I am deeply committed to helping individuals discover meaning and purpose in their lives. With more than four decades of experience as a counselor, I specialize in guiding clients through recovery from addictions, anxiety disorders, and PTSD.
As an Associate Professor in the Online Department of Community Care and Counseling within the School of Behavioral Sciences at Liberty University, I facilitate courses designed to help students and clients rediscover their zest for life and cultivate lasting emotional well-being.
In my private practice, I work extensively with couples, equipping them with practical tools and proven techniques to restore joy, strengthen relational intimacy, and build fulfilling, resilient relationships.
I live in Lynchburg, Virginia, where I remain actively engaged in my community. My areas of specialization include trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, child abuse recovery, and relational intimacy. I am also the author of Joy on the Same Page (2023), which outlines my Relational Intimacy approach.
