If you or your child has been through something painful, it can show up in ways that are hard to explain: anxiety that won't turn off, mood swings, shutting down, conflict at home, or feeling on edge even when life looks fine. I work with adolescents and adults who are tired of living in survival mode. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with more than 3 years of clinical experience, certified in both EMDR and DBT, and I grew up in the same Minnesota community I now serve. For clients who want it, I can bring faith into our work; for those who don't, it stays out of the room.
I’m a licensed therapist who believes therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and real. My approach is practical and compassionate—I help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and make changes that fit your life. Most importantly, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and never judged.
