Hello, I’m Charles, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) dedicated to helping adults build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I work with individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I have worked with many different populations and people struggling with a variety of concerns. I am particularly interested in working with adults and adolescents experiencing ADHD, depression/mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, grief and loss, and adjustment to life transitions.

I earned a Master of social work from Simmons School of Social Work and I am licensed in Massachusetts as an independent clinical social worker.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 25 years' experience, who specializes in helping adults learn skill to cope with anxiety, trauma, depression and difficult relationship experiences, including narcissistic abuse and coercive control.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults across a range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I also work with individuals with Neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Developmental Disorder (IDD), learning disorders, and communication disorders.

I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, and have experience working with adults, children and families. I earned my Master's degree in 2023 in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University. I have experience with many mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychosis, and personality disorders. I love connecting with women and mothers and helping them to find their joy and peace.

With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, life transitions, chronic illness, trauma (including first responders), aging-related concerns, and members of the agricultural and farming communities.
