Hello, my name is Dr. Star Tangyie-Che Niba, and I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP-BC) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. For the past three years, I've been dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals and families.

I earned my doctoral degree from the University of South Alabama, where I cultivated a strong foundation in holistic and patient-centered care. I'm Francis Aneke, and I work with adults navigating mood disorders, anxiety, and depression. I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely heard — not rushed through a checklist. I’m Ine Saka, PMHNP-BC, FNP, and founder of Empathy Wellness Center, currently serving Maryland and Virginia. As a board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, I provide compassionate, holistic, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma, integrating traditional psychiatry with wellness-focused approaches to support mind, body, and spirit.

I am a compassionate and understanding clinician who values creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for every client. I believe in meeting people where they are and supporting them through life’s challenges with empathy and respect. My goal is to help clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of nursing experience and extensive work in inpatient psychiatry. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric mental health and care for individuals across the lifespan.

I treat depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and women’s mental health concerns, including postpartum depression.

I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with training in both primary care and psychiatric mental health. I have extensive experience providing care in community, correctional, and integrated care settings, where I work with individuals managing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health concerns.

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. I value thoughtful assessment, clear communication, and collaborative decision-making to help clients better understand their symptoms and treatment options. My goal is to partner with each client to develop a personalized care plan that supports both mental and overall well-being.
