I am Tamiko Brown, a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Anxiety, Depression, and Spiritual Counseling. As a native of Bunkie, LA, I mostly enjoy serving others. I received a BS in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry and Biology and a Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University of Louisiana.

Hi, I'm Alyssa (Jade)! I grew up in a rural Louisiana town and care deeply about making mental health care easier to access. I work with adults across Louisiana via telehealth, experiencing a range of issues and those that may be feeling worn down by daily life or need some extra support. I help people navigating anxiety, ADHD, women’s issues, trauma, alcohol or substance use, depression, family issues, and stress.

You may understand that your past affects you today, yet still find yourself repeating patterns you desperately want to change. Maybe anxiety, trauma, addiction, or difficult relationships have left you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next.
