My mission is to remind others that the strength to rise after a fall already lives within them. Throughout my own journey, I’ve experienced many setbacks—moments when getting back up felt out of reach, and failure felt final. But over time, each fall revealed a lesson, and each step forward brought growth, clarity, and resilience. Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating — especially if you’re afraid of being judged, misunderstood, or unsure whether therapy will actually help. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or like you’re barely holding things together on the outside, you’re not alone.
My approach is warm, direct, practical, and collaborative. I help clients not only process emotions, but also understand why certain patterns keep happening and how to create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we focus on building emotional awareness, healthier coping skills, nervous system regulation, and stronger relationships.

In 2011, I came across a magazine photo of a little girl standing alone, looking confused and crying. Behind her, people from her community were running for safety, not noticing her. Their whole community was about to be destroyed by a tsunami. Later that year, when I faced a big change in my own life, I remembered that picture of the little girl. It reminded me that I was not alone.
