Hi, I’m Dr. Linda Wickens, a doctoral-level therapist and coach who works with individuals navigating stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck while preventing forward movement and growth. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or frustrated that change feels harder than it should.

Therapy and coaching with me are never one-size-fits-all. We work collaboratively to create a plan that is specific to you, your goals, and your capacity, adjusting pace and structure as your needs evolve. I focus on helping clients understand their patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop practical skills they can actually use in daily life.

I hold a Doctorate in Social Work and am a fully licensed clinical social worker, with over nine years of experience in the mental health field. My work integrates evidence-based therapy with a coaching-informed lens when appropriate, allowing sessions to be both supportive and goal-oriented while still making space to explore the past and its impact on the present.

Clients often describe my style as warm, direct, and collaborative. As part of my concierge model, clients work directly with me rather than an assistant, and I remain accessible to my clients outside of sessions through secure communication when needed. I believe growth happens through understanding, compassion, and honest conversation, and that progress is most sustainable when care feels personal, intentional, and consistent.

Additionally, I am not able to treat clients who are experiencing active suicidal ideation or self-harm behaviors. I was born and raised in one of Nigeria’s vibrant and bustling cities, where I learned the values of community, resilience, and compassion from an early age. Inspired by a deep desire to make a difference in people’s lives, I pursued my education in health care. This journey has been a blessing and a privilege, allowing me to work in health care and provide care for the people I love and serve.

My family and I have built a home filled with love and laughter. They bring joy and inspiration to my life every day. I'm excited to support my clients in bringing that same love and joy and laughter back into their own lives.

I am a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who strongly believes mental wellness is the framework for a well-balanced a healthy lifestyle. The most challenging part is asking for help and you've jumped that hurdle. I have been in nursing for over 10 years with a background in med-surg, cardio telemetry, emergency medicine and psychiatric care. Regardless of the setting, I have witnessed many patients struggle, but most importantly, I have also witnessed patients pull-through and overcome. I've treated patients with substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and a list of others.

I work with adult individuals 18+. I have over 5 years experience in varied adult issues. This includes sex offender work and work with sexual assault survivors. I have worked with people who are dealing with personality issues, issues with depression, Bi-Polar Disorder, CPTSD and PTSD, as well as grief overall. Grief comes in many shapes and forms. I work with varied issues that are too many to name. I not only have clinical experience but real life experience to back it up.

I work with adolescents, adults, Veterans, and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress management, substance use, and emotional conflict.

I have a particular passion for supporting children and families healing from trauma and disrupted attachment. I have extensive experience providing attachment-focused therapy for adopted children, children in foster care, and their caregivers — working alongside families to strengthen emotional bonds, improve communication, build trust, and address behavioral concerns.

With more than 20 years of experience, I've worked across private practice, community-based mental health, managed care, substance abuse treatment, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. I bring warmth and steady expertise to every stage of the healing process.

Hi, I’m Bianca Mitchell, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of nursing experience and specialized training in diagnosing and treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions in adolescents and adults.

I provide thoughtful, evidence-based medication management with a collaborative approach. I believe treatment works best when you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care. Whether you're navigating stress, life transitions, focus challenges, or long-standing mental health concerns, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where we can work together toward stability and growth.

I have extensive experience in telepsychiatry and high-volume clinical settings, which has strengthened my ability to quickly identify patterns, tailor treatment plans, and provide efficient, compassionate care. I also incorporate elements of supportive therapy and cognitive-behavioral strategies during visits when appropriate.

I often see folks who appear successful on the outside but are struggling inside. I advocate for people who are starting something new and scary or leaving behind something painful. I hold a master’s degree in counseling and have worked in hospital systems, outpatient clinics, and university counseling centers. I work with adults and college students to better understand patterns and survival instincts. When I'm not working, I'm usually exercising in some way, spending time outside, or playing music.
