I'm a therapist who believes people heal best when they feel seen and not judged. I work mostly with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and bipolar disorder, along with the things that tend to come with them: anger, stress, family strain, questions about identity. My aim is simple. I want you to leave each session feeling a little more like yourself.

Outside of work, I garden, which has taught me that growth takes patience and the right conditions. Therapy is much the same. I also read a lot, especially history, and I'll take the mic at karaoke.

I have a particular passion for supporting children and families healing from trauma and disrupted attachment. I have extensive experience providing attachment-focused therapy for adopted children, children in foster care, and their caregivers — working alongside families to strengthen emotional bonds, improve communication, build trust, and address behavioral concerns.

With more than 20 years of experience, I've worked across private practice, community-based mental health, managed care, substance abuse treatment, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. I bring warmth and steady expertise to every stage of the healing process.

I am an LCSW with a mission to untangle trauma and transform lives.

I've observed that many are unaware their struggles stem from unresolved childhood trauma. I focus on addressing core beliefs formed during these transformative years.

As I too struggled with unhealthy patterns of my past. Hitting rock bottom was my turning point. I immersed myself in retreats and inner child work, finding strength in spirituality. Healing myself and paying it forward to help others heal too.

I bring a warm, upbeat, and encouraging style to therapy. I work with people navigating depression, grief, low self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, and other life challenges, and I’m here to help you feel less alone and more hopeful about what’s next.
