I work with teens 16 years+ and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions, trauma, ADHD, and self esteem struggles. Many of my clients come to therapy trying to understand themselves better and figure out why certain patterns keep showing up in their lives.

My specialty interests include anxiety, depression, stress, family conflict, and grief. My educational background include a Bachelors of Social Work, Masters of Social Work, and a Doctorate of Education in Counseling Psychology.
