My approach combines medication management with a compassionate, whole-person focus. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life stressors, and I’m here to partner with you on your journey to better mental health.

I work with adult individuals 18+. I have over 5 years experience in varied adult issues. This includes sex offender work and work with sexual assault survivors. I have worked with people who are dealing with personality issues, issues with depression, Bi-Polar Disorder, CPTSD and PTSD, as well as grief overall. Grief comes in many shapes and forms. I work with varied issues that are too many to name. I not only have clinical experience but real life experience to back it up.
