I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with 15 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I became a counselor because I care deeply about helping people heal from painful experiences and move through everyday challenges with more steadiness and hope. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a Counseling specialty from The Georgia School of Professional Psychology and have more than 25 years of experience providing therapy. I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety, relationship and marital concerns, stress, and trauma-related issues.

Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I support clients in understanding their experiences, developing effective coping strategies, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
