Hello and welcome! I’m a ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) License in GA, MD, and North Dakota. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. I hold a master’s degree in nursing with specialized training in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management, as well as psychotherapy.

My practice focuses on treating a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, addiction recovery and perinatal mental health concerns. I integrate a client-centered approach that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive counseling, and lifestyle interventions alongside medication when appropriate.

I am Mira Iheme, Ph.D., a doctoral-level clinician with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My therapeutic approach is solution-focused, collaborative, and strengths-based, grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing. I am known for my energetic, highly positive, and optimistic style, which helps foster a supportive and empowering therapeutic environment. I work actively with clients to identify goals, develop practical strategies, and move toward improved emotional well-being and life satisfaction.

I thrive in helping clients make positive life transitions, overcome obstacles, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and inner strength. I am passionate about meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they progress on their personal wellness journey. I grew up in Georgia and attended Georgia State University for both my bachelor's degree in psychology and my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at Georgia State University. On my leisure time, I exercise, I play sports, and I enjoy doing obstacles races. People often describe me as trustworthy, approachable and kind.

Yosheika is a passionate therapist with roots in Athens, GA. A proud Piedmont College Psychology graduate since 2010, she has dedicated her career to social services and behavioral health. In 2019 things came full circle when she graduated from the University of Georgia with a Master's in Social work. With diverse experience in community mental health, K-12 and secondary education, Dept of Family & Children Services, and substance use recovery, she's here to help you navigate life's challenges.
