I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed by work stress, family dynamics, relationship strain, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together. Some are navigating divorce, complicated parental relationships, family chaos, caregiving stress, or the emotional impact of raising a child with disabilities or health challenges. Others are trying to build confidence in the workplace, navigate tokenism and racial identity in the workplace, and find steadier footing in friendships, relationships, and everyday life.
