I am a Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider. I am trained to provide individual, couples, and family counseling for adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, depressive disorders, and trauma- and stressor-related conditions.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University, where I focused on systems theory and narrative practice. Over the years, I’ve worked with diverse populations supporting clients through challenges such as relationship transitions, trauma recovery, and identity exploration.

Hi, I'm Alexis! 'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia, as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and a Certified DBT Provider. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Religion, a Master of Social Work, as well as a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy all from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) I am currently completing my doctorate in clinical social work, expected December 2026. I have been in practice for several years and have worked in communities, inpatient hospitals, nonprofits, private practices, and residential treatment settings.
