My name is Whitney Rudd, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Hi! My name is Kelsey! I am a fully-licensed therapist who loves working with people with eating disorders, body image issues, OCD, anxiety, childhood sexual abuse, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. At State of Grace Counseling Services, I am dedicated to providing a safe and compassionate space for individuals to explore their mental health, eating disorder, and trauma recovery needs. My mission is to empower clients and their families to overcome challenges, build fulfilling relationships, and increase happiness and meaning in life. I have worked in the eating disorder space for more than 6 years, including being the Clinical Director of an eating disorder program.

I grew up in Richmond, VA, attended undergrad at Furman University, and completed my Masters degree at VCU. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS).

When I am not seeing clients, I enjoy time with friends, hiking, traveling, reading, exploring new restaurants, and game nights.

And yes, the practice name is a nod to both my love of Christ as well as my love of Taylor Swift; gotta love dialectics!
