I am your Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Psychologist with more than 23 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and families navigate emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. I specialize in supporting youth struggling with anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, emotional dysregulation, learning differences, and school-related concerns. I use practical, evidence-based strategies that build resilience, confidence, and coping skills. My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

I am a licensed professional counselor who helps people navigate life transitions, heal from painful experiences, and build healthier, more connected relationships. I work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, and the impact of domestic violence, and I believe that asking for help is a true act of courage. My goal is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental, and secure space where you can show up exactly as you are, explore what you are going through, and begin to feel more grounded and hopeful about your life.

The world we live in, both external and internal, can at times seem impossible to navigate. How does one navigate life stressors, past trauma, depression, and/or anxiety, especially if coping tools were not necessarily modeled to us growing up? In 2010, I graduated from Argosy University Atlanta with a master’s degree in Community Counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I have worked with individuals of all ages in various settings such as a child advocacy center, in-home therapy, psychiatric hospital, private practice, and on a military base. I currently work in managed care, in addition to seeing clients for individual therapy. I primarily work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+, and women's issues.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult seasons. I’ve worked in community mental health, court systems, and outpatient programs — serving youth, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and major life transitions.
