I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, followed by a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling; both from the University of Central Florida. I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida and have been in practice for 15 years. I work with both adolescents and adults and tailor my approach to meet each client’s individual needs.

I also support parents who want to strengthen parent-child relationships, understand how early experiences shape their parenting and build healthier family dynamics.
