Angellina Swart, LCSW is a social worker who has been in practice for six years. She is passionate about helping people access their strengths to overcome anxiety,
depression, and substance use disorders. Although she mainly works with adults, she does have experience working with children. She prefers to be authentic with her
clients to make them feel more comfortable and welcome in the therapeutic setting. She incorporates how external systems (family, work, policy, etc.) can affect a client’s well-
being and impact a person’s mental health.

If you've ever felt like your brain works a little differently — constantly moving, questioning, or feeling things more deeply than you know what to do with — you're not alone, and you're in the right place. I work with children, teenagers, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and the pressures that come with just trying to figure life out. Many of my clients arrive feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in cycles of self-doubt and exhaustion. Whatever brings you here, I want you to know that what you're experiencing makes sense — and things really can get better.
Currently accepting new clients. Are you seeking a natural path to healing and vitality in your life? It's my passion to help you live your one wild and precious life to its fullest. I believe we all carry an inner resilience that can be activated and drawn on when life gets hard. My job is to understand how you see yourself and how you see what is in front of you, and then work alongside you from there. I see adults navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and substance use, as well as people looking for a
steady and nonjudgmental place to work through whatever they are carrying. If that sounds like where you are, reach out.
