My name is Lydia, I’m a southern transplant living in Colorado 5 years in the making. While I love certain parts of the South, I am passionate about dismantling the restrictive thought patterns brought on by Southern culture.

25+ years of experience with individual, couples and families supporting them through all life stages and challenges. including neurodiversity in children and adults, blended and separating families, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss.

I work to meet clients wherever they are at emotionally and identify their goals so that we can work together to create the best life possible for them. I have experience working with all ages and walks of life, from first responders and caretakers to teenagers and families. I come from a family of helpers and have a deep understanding of how traumatic experiences can destabilize people's well-being. I am here to work as a guide, not a teacher, and believe that all healing is done by the patient. I seek to empower my patients and show them their inner strength that was there all along.

I see my job as helping folks examine why we beat ourselves and others up emotionally, and how to do something different. Together, we’ll work on figuring out what matters most to you and navigating toward it. Just a few years ago, I was caught up in a cycle of self-doubt, shame, and failure. I was early on in adulthood, and already I felt completely worn out; I was convinced my life would end in ruins. Eventually, I was able to seek counseling, and this became a significant factor in helping me find a new sense of hope and freedom. I became a counselor out of a desire to share this gift with others. I aim to create a safe space where my clients can discover new hope on their journey. Cameron-K Garrett, PMHCNS-BC is a highly experienced provider in Psychiatric Medication Evaluation and Management with more than two decades of practice in diverse patient populations and clinical settings. She provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for individual's navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use thought disorders, andadjustment challenges. Cameron’s approach is integrative and deeply collaborative—she values building strong therapeutic relationships where patients feel supported, understood, and empowered.

By tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals, she creates a safe and encouraging environment that fosters growth and long-term wellness.Throughout her career, Cameron has worked in private practice, academic medicine at the CU, and hospital-based settings, where she has not only delivered direct care but also supervised clinical teams.

Kim Colna, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing evidence-based mental health care. She specializes in working with pediatrics and adults supporting clients through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and other mood and thought disorders.

Kim is experienced in providing treatment in a variety of settings to include hospitals, inpatient psychiatry, outpatient, residential, nursing homes, schools, and homes. She is affiliated with CU and the Pediatric Mental Health Institute at Childrens Hospital Colorado where she continues to work on a part-time basis on the Emergency/Consultative service.
