Anne is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been in practice since 2007. She has a degree in Existential-Phenomenological Therapeutic Psychology from Seattle University. Anne has additional training in EMDR, Safe and Sound Protocol, and NADA Auricular acupuncture. All of these specialities are particularly helpful for trauma, anxiety, and calming the nervous system. Areas of focus include grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, adolescent, parenting and relationship issues.

I have over 20 years of experience, I have extensive experience and training in the treatment of- anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, divorce, parenting issues, adoption, LGBT issues, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, solutions focused therapy, pilot/aviation specific concerns, spiritually inclusive practice, perimenopausal/menopausal support and more!

I have experience working with clients across the life-span on a number of issues including life transitions, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ concerns, etc. I specialize in grief/loss and suicidality as these are topics that I feel often get pushed to the side. I especially enjoy working with teens and folks in the LGBTQ+ community.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with nearly a decade of experience. I specialize in treating people with anxiety, ADHD, and insomnia, and parenting concerns.

I'm originally from the East Coast and moved to Denver to earn my MA and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver. I completed my APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship at the Mental Health Center of Denver (now called WellPower), where I provided crisis support, psychotherapy, and psychological assessments.

Since then, I’ve found my passion in growing my own private practice (Evergrow Therapy & Assessment), where I work with clients across the lifespan to support their growth, balance, and well-being.
