I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and create a life that feels fulfilling and authentic to them.

Hi! My name is Kary and I am a Chinese-American transnational adoptee living in San Francisco, CA. I grew up in San Francisco, but spent a decade living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest (Oregon & Washington) where I completed a Masters in Social Work at the University of Washington and worked with unhoused young adults and young girls of color in various non-profit settings. I returned to San Francisco seven years ago and have been working as a community-based therapist for children, youth, and families, as well as supervising a team of therapists in a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy clinic.
I’m a licensed therapist in California with 7 years of professional experience, supporting clients through life’s challenges, including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, and major life transitions.
Whether you’re navigating change, building confidence, or seeking support, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and strength. Taking the first step can be hard, and I’m proud of you for starting.
I specialize in trauma-informed, integrative, holistic modalities for anxiety, ADHD, stress/burn-out, life transitions, relationships, grief, and depression with adults, couples, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and alternative lifestyles
