I am a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with several years of experience treating children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in several different settings and enjoy providing care through telehealth, which offers access to quality care when it is needed.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and I have been treating patients across the lifespan for over 15 years. Once my caseload became full in 2022, I founded a small practice (Tandem Telehealth) where I now oversee a handful of talented psychiatric nurse practitioners and talk therapists. In addition to these focus areas, I also support clients dealing with trauma, grief, panic disorders, OCD, relationship and family issues, maternal mental health, and cultural or identity-related stressors.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, I value inclusivity and cultural understanding in my work. My goal is to make clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported as they take steps toward emotional well-being and resilience.

I’m Dr. Sharline Mashack, a board-certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I specialize in treating patients with conditions ranging from ADHD to schizophrenia. I use a holistic approach combined with evidence-based practices to develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide psychotherapy.

As a military spouse, I’ve had the opportunity to work in several areas of the healthcare system, learning from experienced leaders along the way. I earned both my Master’s and Doctorate in Nursing.

As a board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, I provide compassionate, holistic, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma, integrating traditional psychiatry with wellness-focused approaches to support mind, body, and spirit.
