I also work with patients who are experiencing confusion about their feelings and an inability to make important decisions, and who thereby feel stuck and unable to move forward. In addition, I help patients going through a crisis or a life transition that may lead to an increased burden of demands requiring change.

I work with patients to help them recount and revisit their life's story and create a new narrative that works better for them. In that spirit, I don't give overt advice, instructions, or quick solutions, but instead encourage them to arrive at their own solutions after carefully exploring the roots of their current problems.

I have a judicious approach to prescribing medications when warranted to support the work of therapy.

Each client is an individual which requires not a one size fits all treatment approach. I have over 10 years of prescribing experience in inpatient and outpatient settings and understand that not every person requires the same treatment plan. I also provide MAT, ie, suboxone, vivitrol, naltrexone for Opioid Use Disorder and Alcohol Use Disorder in a non judgmental private setting.

I also treat all anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD/ASD and am understanding of neurodivergence in treatment as well. I have a vast understanding of psychopharmacology and incorporate that into each appointment to help provide the best care possible for each patient. I can help deprescribe if you choose to as well. Not every patient needs to continue medications if they choose not to.
