Those experiences have shaped the way I approach mental health care: with curiosity, compassion, and an understanding that there is always more to a person than what brings them into the room.

I work with adolescents, college students, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and the challenges and transitions that life can bring.

I chose to specialize in mental health because I believe meaningful care begins with truly getting to know the person in front of me.
