Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional inheritance, and or caregiver role strain caring for individuals affected by HIV, I strive to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and never judged.

I am a board-certified Psychiatrist (medical doctor) providing virtual care throughout NY and PA. I taper medications. This means most of my patients want to safely reduce or ultimately stop taking psychiatric medications, and I guide them through that process safely and at their own pace. I include therapy in my 30-min follow up sessions, though do not offer weekly 1-hour therapy sessions. Many of my patients also work with a therapist.
