Hi, I’m Dr. Deneice, DNP, MBA, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC. I am a doctoral-prepared, board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and owner of Eden Total Care.

I provide concierge-style virtual psychiatric care for young-feeling adults at any age who are navigating anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, PMDD, ADHD, autism-related concerns, mood symptoms, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and diagnostic uncertainty.

My primary role is psychiatric evaluation and medication management. I also incorporate supportive therapy, life coaching, and holistic guidance when appropriate. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and properly treated — not rushed, dismissed, or reduced to a diagnosis.

Hi, I’m Erin McMahon, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (DNP, PMHNP-BC) providing telehealth care across Colorado. I focus on outpatient medication management for adults navigating anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and women’s mental health.

Before becoming a psychiatric NP, I spent more than a decade as a nurse in emergency and critical care, along with inpatient psychiatric experience — so I bring a steady, grounded presence, even when things feel complicated. My care is rooted in shared decision making: you’re an active partner in your treatment, not just a recipient of it. When I was working full-time as a Family Nurse Practitioner I saw an unmet need in clients finding a balance in their physical and mental health. I decided to return to school to strengthen my knowledge in psychiatric mental health care.

For the past five years my focus has included seeing clients with substance dependence, MAT treatment, ADHD, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia. I especially enjoy the 1:1 experience via telehealth seeing clients in the comforts of their own home.

Wellness Psychiatry provides an integrative medicine approach. We treat children, adolescents and adults. Our personalized treatment plans include working with the patient's therapist and other providers. We offer many treatment options including treatment with medication, supplements and hormone replacement.

Stimulants, Suboxone and Benzodiazepines are prescribed in this practice with DEA guidelines. Dr. Padilla is a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the New York tri-state area and has over 30 years of experience in healthcare. He treats children from 6 years old through adulthood, focusing on psychiatric medication management. He specializes in mental health and has extensive experience in the field of psychiatry. Dr. Padilla takes a “start low and go slow” approach to prescribing, paying special attention to medication potency and potential interactions with other medications prescribed by other providers. Dr. Padilla earned his Doctorate in Clinical Practice Nursing from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. He also holds bachelor’s degrees from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and the University of Miami, as well as an associate’s degree from Bergen Community College.
