My background includes experience in emergency care and mental health treatment. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and mood disorders. I take a collaborative and supportive approach and work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans focused on improving emotional well-being.

My name is Dianne Fontaine, MSN, APRN, and I'm a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). I obtained my Master’s Degree from Walden University and has undergone advanced clinical training, equipping me to assess, diagnose, and treat a spectrum of psychiatric illnesses, as well as provide psychotherapy.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is passionate about providing compassionate, supportive, and individualized mental health care. I work with adolescents and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma-related concerns, or life stressors.

With compassion and care, I support clients as they navigate life’s challenges, building resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being along the way.‍I provide evidence-based treatment tailored to each person’s needs, drawing on mindfulness, trauma-informed approaches, and personalized care plans. I am currently accepting patients and next day appointments are available. I provide evidence-based psychiatric medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and related concerns for adults, adolescents, and children (age 6+). Many of my patients are students, professionals, and parents seeking practical solutions that improve concentration, mood, and daily functioning. My approach is collaborative, structured, and goal-oriented. I also provide objective psychological testing (Pearson) for ADHD, mood, autism, and personality concerns including Connors, Brown, BASC, ASRS, Vineland, and Millon.

With over 12 years of psychiatric experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, I aim to provide care that is both clinically thorough and practical for real life. My goal is to help you experience meaningful symptom improvement, better daily functioning, and greater confidence in managing your mental health.
