Who I Am: In my nursing career of over 25 years I have undergone extensive training in the specialized fields of neurology and psychiatry, which eventually led me to my true passion of becoming a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply interested in the brain and its complexity. My path into mental health was shaped by a lifetime of witnessing the impact of mental illness on those around me. Hello! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing personalized care through telehealth. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and stress-related challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported without judgment. I take a collaborative approach to care and include medication management when appropriate. I also offer services in both English and Spanish.

I provide evidence-based psychiatric medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and related concerns for adults, adolescents, and children (age 6+). Many of my patients are students, professionals, and parents seeking practical solutions that improve concentration, mood, and daily functioning. I also provide objective psychological testing (Pearson) for ADHD, mood, autism, and personality concerns including Connors, Brown, BASC, ASRS, Vineland, and Millon.
