I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University in 2023, and I have had the privilege of working with a great variety of clients in an outpatient hospital setting over the last three years. Through a trauma informed and person-centered lens, I want to help clients explore concerns relating to shame, depression, anxiety, identity, and more.
I believe when people find their purpose they find motivation. I am a neurodivergent therapist who understands others challenges and work at ensuring the client understands the why of what one does to foster behavioral changes.
Taking the step to seek support isn’t easy, and I want to honor the courage it takes to be here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Life Coach, and retired Army veteran who believes caring for your mental health is essential to living a balanced, fulfilling life. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves. I believe prioritizing mental health is an important part of creating a balanced and fulfilling life, and I know reaching out for support is often one of the hardest steps to take. Since beginning my practice in 2021, I have worked primarily with adults navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered as we work together toward healing, self understanding, and meaningful growth.
You might be carrying something that feels too heavy to put into words, like a past that keeps surfacing, anxiety that will not quiet, or a relationship with substances you are finally ready to rethink. Whatever brought you here, you do not need to have it all figured out to start. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors across Wisconsin facing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use, and I am committed to seeing you as more than your hardest chapter.
Starting therapy takes courage, and I want you to know that you do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, anxious, discouraged, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own. Wherever you are in your process, my goal is to meet you there with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, substance use, eating concerns, stress, sleep difficulties, mood changes, and major life transitions. I believe that healing is not about becoming a different person. It is about reconnecting with yourself, understanding your patterns, and building the tools to move through life with more confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.
In our work together, you can expect a supportive space where you feel heard, encouraged, and gently challenged when needed. I bring both compassion and practical guidance to therapy, helping you better understand what is keeping you stuck while also creating realistic steps toward change.

I have been practicing for 17 years, primarily seeing adults and senior citizens. I operate from a person-centered, emotionally-focused basis. You are the expert on your life, and my goal is to help you with that. I utilize experiential and psychodramatic techniques.. These methods allow for role plays and visualizations. Such techniques increase your ability to get more deeply in touch with your issues and see situations clearly. When you reenact what happens at home, in the safety of the therapy office, solutions become clear and your voice becomes strong.

This background allows me to treat vocational stress, anxiety, and burnout with humble competence and real-world relevance. I communicate effectively via voice, video, and American Sign Language (ASL). I am committed to creating affirming, psychologically safe, and accessible spaces for all individuals to thrive.
I'm a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience working with adults. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Liberty University. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed or put a lot of pressure on themselves to hold everything together. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, and I see therapy as a partnership focused on creating meaningful, practical change.
If you're navigating a life transition, or dealing with ADHD, OCD, anxiety, or depression, I'd love to work with you. I'm currently accepting older teens and adults for telehealth appointments, and I bring a wide range of evidence-based tools to our work together.
A little about my background: I served in the US Army before earning my Bachelor's and Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since then, I've worked in psychiatric hospitals, residential care, and outpatient settings. I take my work seriously, but also try to keep things light-hearted when necessary. I'm pretty laid back, and I think that comes through pretty quickly once we start talking. I have also learned to cope and coexist ADHD, have experienced major depressive episodes, and overcome struggles with OCD.
