What was your path to becoming a mental health provider?
I always had a desire to understand people and didn't realize there was a profession centered around my curiosity until college. I was also very intrigued with trying to understand my emotions growing up and because I struggled, I developed a desire to help others through their life challenges. I started providing support services to families and volunteers through a mentoring agency, which later led to interning at a psychiatric outpatient facility, to working with foster children providing therapy and to also growing my private practice here with Alma working with adults and children.
What should someone know about working with you?
I believe I am relatable and open to the sharing of myself with the understanding and expectation that you will be entrusting your vulnerabilities with me in session. I will challenge your thoughts, your patterns and your assumptions, and I give homework routinely as an extension of our time together to keep you active and engaged until we meet again.
How do you continue learning and building new skills?
I am committed to being a life-long learner. I take courses and trainings annually, listen to and learn from seasoned clinicians and try to stay afloat of new groundbreaking research related to treatments and techniques surrounding mental health.
"Success for me, is helping others create the wellness they desire."
I am a Army veteran and love helping people. I started this journey with my own mental health. I soon realized the power of this process. I did not realize I was always a counselor. It started as a Army Medic helping soldiers in Iraq and now I help everyone.
Hi, I’m Tyler Lange. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Colorado, as well as an LPC Supervisor in Texas. For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, families, and individuals through seasons of challenge, growth, and renewal. My work—as a School Counselor, school‐based mental health professional, and now a Clinical Mental Health Therapist—has continually reinforced my belief in the importance of compassion, dignity, and genuine human connection.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my master’s degree in Counselor Education from Southeastern Louisiana University, and later attended Capella University’s PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision program to obtain my supervisor credential. While my training has shaped my clinical approach, the people I’ve walked alongside have shaped my purpose.
At the center of my work is a quiet but steady conviction: every person carries inherent worth, and healing becomes possible when they are met with patience, grace, and a safe place to be fully themselves. I strive to create that kind of space—one where people feel supported, understood, and free to move toward wholeness at their own pace.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges in a supportive and collaborative environment. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can better understand yourself, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.
I completed my graduate training in clinical mental health counseling and hold licensure as an LPC. I continue to pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.
I primarily work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also have experience supporting clients working through trauma, grief and loss, burnout, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. I also incorporate trauma-informed care to ensure sessions are paced and structured in a way that feels safe and supportive.
I aim to offer a warm, practical, and collaborative style of counseling, focusing on helping clients gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and build confidence in managing life’s challenges.
Hi, I’m Liz. I’m a bilingual therapist, and I feel most authentic when I can move naturally between both languages. I’m a Texan through and through, with plenty of Tex Mex Spanglish to show for it. I connect deeply with clients who are navigating family issues, generational trauma, cultural expectations, and the process of outgrowing beliefs or roles they were taught as children. I enjoy helping clients understand themselves better by exploring attachment patterns, nervous system responses, relationships, and the gap between who they were raised to be and who they are becoming. I have a heart for working with families, children, and parents because I believe it is easier to help children build healthier coping skills early than to wait until they are struggling later in life. I also find deep meaning in working with adults who are healing their inner child, breaking cycles, and learning how to live in a way that feels more honest and whole. My work often supports clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, parenting concerns, and life transitions.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting children and adolescents as they navigate depression, anxiety, and life’s challenges. With a background in both outpatient and inpatient care. I bring a compassionate, clinically grounded understanding of the challenges young people face today. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to build healthier coping skills and move forward with confidence.
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worried about your child or family? I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20+ years of experience helping children, parents, and caregivers through big feelings and life changes. As a former elementary school counselor and certified K–12 art teacher, I understand the school, social, and family pressures kids and teens face.
I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can openly discuss your concerns and work toward meaningful change. I understand that seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming, and I strive to make the process approachable, collaborative, and personalized. I'm committed to partnering with you to help you achieve your goals.
Hi, I’m Cindy and I want you to know this: you don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying it all, therapy can be a space to exhale, reflect, and gently begin again.
I come to this work not only as a clinician but as a human being shaped by my own lived experience. I’m a proud Trinidadian-American who migrated to the U.S. at a young age, and I know what it’s like to navigate different worlds, expectations, and identities. That background helps me show up with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for the unique path each client walks.
I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Social Work at Simmons University, and my clinical experience has focused on supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, burnout, and issues related to identity and belonging. I have a special heart for clients who are used to being the strong ones, the caregivers, the first-gen trailblazers, the ones who hold space for everyone else.
In our work together, you can expect warmth, honesty, and collaboration. I use a relational and strengths-based approach, integrating tools from CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, but more importantly, I meet you where you are, honoring your pace and your story.
This is your space to feel seen, to feel safe, and to explore what healing could look like for you. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Mind is full of energy, so health of the mind matters first”- Hira Ratan Manek.
Hello! I'm a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing, specializing in psychiatry. I'm qualified to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, OCD, panic disorder, and PTSD.
I believe in treating each person holistically — considering the mental, physical, environmental, and social factors that shape your wellbeing. My approach is non-judgmental, because I understand there is no shame or guilt in seeking help for mental health. Many of the clients I work with come to me feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and anxious — and helping them move through that is exactly why I do this work. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, shopping, and trying new foods.
