Sometimes your mind understands what’s happened, but your body still holds the impact. I’m trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, approaches that help gently process those deeper layers. My work integrates mindfulness and somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation, so change doesn’t just feel intellectual, it feels real, grounded, and lasting.
If you’re carrying trauma, anxiety, or depression, you’ve found a warm and steady place to start. I’m a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and mindfulness has been a deeply important part of my own life and my work for nearly 30 years. Over the years, I’ve completed intensive meditation training in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the United States, experiences that have profoundly shaped how I understand healing, presence, and the connection between mind and body. I’d be honored to bring all of that to you.
Hello, I'm Angela and my practice is called Mindful Healing. I have been a nurse for thirty four years and Practitioner for the last 6. I graduated with honors from Southern Adventist University with my Masters in Psychiatric care. I started my career helping first responders deal with PTSD. I treat depression and anxiety, along with ADHD and much more. I have extensive experience in addictions of all types. I care about my patients, and you will not be just a number if you choose to have me as your provider.
I work with children, teens, and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, stress, relationships, or simply the challenges of growing up. Sometimes that looks like big emotions, trouble at school, difficulty making friends, low confidence, or a child who seems different at home than they do everywhere else.
I create a space where young people can relax, be themselves, and talk without feeling judged. With younger children, I also work closely with parents and caregivers because meaningful progress often happens when the adults around them have the right tools and support. My goal is to help each client better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop skills they can use in everyday life.
My current treatment focuses/ training are for perinatal mental health, and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT). I'm passionate about working with the BIPOC population, LGBTQ+ population, teens, young adults, and older as they learn how to navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I'm dedicated to working with those of various backgrounds and walks of life.
I love working with people and helping them "grow" through the things of life that they "go" through. A quote that I love to share with clients and live by personally is to remember not to focus on your purpose but to live your life purposely. As a military social worker my background is specific to first responders, but most importantly individuals that are learning their new "normal" after traumatic life events that have unexpectedly shaped them.
I am an LCSW with a Master's of Social Work degree and have been in field over 12 years.
I’m Jessica Kelley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults and couples navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and other seasons of change.
My goal is to help you feel understood while making meaningful, lasting changes in your life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and build practical tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control.
