I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with master's degrees in Community Counseling and Educational Counseling. My experience in both community mental health and school has shaped my compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy. I specialize in helping clients throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware navigate chronic stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, burnout, and life transitions. Together, we'll create practical strategies to restore balance, strengthen boundaries, and help you reconnect with yourself.
Currently accepting summer 2026 clients for short-term therapy. Some availability for longer term clients.
I want to make the task of being human a little bit easier. That's it. That's the whole goal.
I trained in Gestalt therapy through a three-year program, Nonviolent Communication, and improvisational comedy and performance — not because they're quirky credentials, but because they each taught me something real about how people change, connect, and find themselves. I also bring a background in alternative education and hold social location (race, gender, class, dis/ability) as foundational to understanding how we experience the world.
I specialize in trauma, grief, LGBTQIA+ identity, gender dysphoria, maternal mental health, anxiety, and the work of becoming more fully yourself. Here and Wow Therapy is a space where that work is taken seriously — and can occasionally be a little fun.
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, lonely, or uncertain? You don't have to face life's challenges on your own. I provide a supportive, compassionate space where we can work together to help you better understand your experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward greater balance and well-being.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, work-related stress, identity exploration, health challenges, family conflict, or relationship concerns, I offer an empathetic, inclusive approach tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll address challenges in your relationships—with partners, spouses, family members, friends, or colleagues—as well as the demands of caregiving for children, loved ones, or aging parents.
I welcome individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, including clients of all genders, ethnicities, races, and LGBTQ+ identities.
All therapy sessions are offered virtually, providing convenient, confidential care from the comfort of your own home.
