I am a seasoned clinician and have worked in several outpatient and residential settings with diverse client populations, with a particular interest in geriatric, special needs and LGBTQ+ communities. I attended Earlham College and the University of Pennsylvania, where I earned a Masters in Social Work in 1993. Often, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative and humanistic therapy in my work with clients. I believe in the ability of each individual to grow and make lasting changes.

I have a long background in working with people who have interacted with the criminal justice system. This has given me first hand experience in witnessing how trauma, anger, depression, and anxiety negatively impacts not just the individual but also their families and partners. Hello! I am a nurse practitioner (NP) who is experienced in both Psychiatry and Primary Care. Before graduating with my MSN and Adult Primary Care NP program in 2015, I was a RN for 9 years in the hospital setting. While working in Psychiatry starting in 2022, I decided to pursue my Post-Master’s certification in Psychiatric Mental Health NP and graduated in April of 2024.

Zakiyyah Muhsin-Fall is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health and family nurse practitioner who treats clients across the lifespan with various mental health and behavioral issues. She works with clients of all ages and treats client with mood , addiction medicine and various mental health disorders include but not limited to bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, schizophrenia, psychotic disorders, anxiety, panic disorder and sleep disturbance.
