I have my Bachelors degree from the University of Scranton in Psychology in 2010 and received my Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2013 also from The University of Scranton. I have worked in many fields prior to getting into private practice and have experience with couples therapy, addiction, inpatient and outpatient mental health counseling, adolescents, grief and trauma. My greatest passion in life is helping others to live life to the fullest. For the last 11 years, it has been my privilege to do this in the counseling field. Whether it's helping people find freedom from eating disorders and addictions, the ravaging effects of trauma, or depression and anxiety, my goal is to help others step into the healthiest versions of themselves.
My approach to therapy is one of mutual respect and collaboration. I help clients face challenges head on and develop strategies to make life more fulfilling. I believe in the power of a strong, therapeutic relationship and believe it is vital to making progress together.
