I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who holds a master’s degree in nursing from Frontier Nursing University. As an independent practitioner I can diagnose and treat mental health conditions with full prescriptive authority and order diagnostic labs as appropriate. With nearly 15 years of nursing experience, my passion for patient and family-centered care has evolved from working the on the front lines as an ICU RN during the covid-19 pandemic to addressing the mental health crisis impacting all of our communities as a nurse practitioner.
From the outside, it looks like you've got it handled: the job, the responsibilities, the reputation for being reliable. Underneath, your mind rarely slows down: replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions you've already made, feeling guilty when you try to rest.
I work with young adults with anxiety, perfectionism, and self-imposed pressure. A lot of my clients are exhausted by overthinking and frustrated that doing everything "right" hasn't actually brought them any peace.
Together, we'll figure out what's keeping that cycle going and build real tools for managing anxiety and pressure Not just insight, but things you can actually use. My style is direct, down-to-earth, and LGBTQ+ affirming.
Most people start out feeling like they're carrying more than they can hold. Over time, that tends to get lighter, more confidence in your own decisions, less dread before hard conversations, and a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks from the outside.
If you're ready to stop carrying this alone, I'd be glad to connect.
Hi, I’m KaMara, affectionately known as “KK.” I support children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, identity awareness, relationship concerns, work-life balance, and life transitions. After nearly two decades in healthcare operations, I expanded my work to mental and emotional well-being, drawing on personal and professional experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. I’m dedicated to helping you heal, feel, and recover.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Fisk University, a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from The University of Kentucky, and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Avila University. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Kansas, Alaska, Missiouri, and Oregon, and Career and Relationship Coach in the state of Indiana. I also have a certification in Child and Adolescent therapy. My scope of practice includes: Anxiety, Bullying/School Stressors, Career & Couples Coaching, Conflict Management, Depression, Domestic Violence, Eating Disorders, Grief/Loss, Identity Awareness, Spiritual Exploration, Suicide Prevention, Trauma, & Work/Life Balance. Hello, my name is Sherri Crespin, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner passionate about providing integrated care for complex mental health challenges, including personality disorders, PTSD and trauma, substance use disorders, ADHD, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, mood disorders, and bipolar conditions. My practice recognizes these conditions are interconnected in ways requiring specialized understanding.
I chose these specializations because I understand how trauma influences personality development, how ADHD complicates substance use recovery, how symptoms emerge during extreme stress, and how these complex interactions require providers who see the complete picture. Whether you're in recovery while managing other conditions, dealing with personality patterns that developed as survival mechanisms, or navigating multiple diagnoses, I bring the expertise needed for comprehensive care.
My approach emphasizes evidence-based treatments and the healing power of being truly understood. I recognize that seeking help for stigmatized conditions like personality disorders takes tremendous courage, especially after negative experiences with providers. I create a therapeutic space where you can explore your experiences without judgment or shame.
You can expect a thorough assessment, personalized treatment planning, and consistent support throughout our work together. My goal is to help you build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and thrive in your daily life.

I'm Jennifer Shocklie, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in Arizona and Oregon, and I provide medication management with supportive psychotherapy fully by telehealth. Before moving into full-time practice, I spent two years as clinical faculty at Grand Canyon University teaching Population Health and psychiatric rotations, so I've sat on both sides of the classroom and the exam room. I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and I bring a culturally attuned, neurodivergent-affirming lens shaped by my own blended background and a life full of moves and transitions. If you've ever left an appointment feeling like your provider only got half the picture — your history, your culture, the way your brain actually works — that's the gap I built this practice to close.
I believe therapy is most powerful when it feels safe, collaborative, and deeply human. My style is warm, compassionate, and direct, and I work to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while also being gently challenged toward growth. I draw from an integrative, holistic framework that includes psychodynamic exploration, systems therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, EMDR, and humanistic-existential approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs, whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, attachment wounds, emotional dysregulation, burnout, self-worth concerns, or major life transitions. I have worked extensively with individuals facing complex trauma, personality-related challenges, adoption, migration, and recovery from human and sexual trafficking. For organizations, I also provide Mental Health and Psychosocial Support services.
I have a world class education, but there is more to me than that: There have been many iterations of "Alan" over the long years of my life. There is the drug addict that has walked the clean and sober path for 33 years. There is the truck driver and the tattoo artist, the husband (married 31 years), the father, the grandfather, the great grandfather, the foster father, the step-father. There is the Buddhist and the philosopher. I am reaching out to you. There is nothing you can tell me that will offend me.
And I can write a darned good introduction too! LOL!
I hope to meet you soon!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 25 years of experience providing compassionate, trauma-informed care across diverse clinical settings. Licensed in both California and Oregon, my career has been dedicated to supporting individuals and families navigating complex life challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, relational difficulties and serious mental illnesses. My background is uniquely broad, ranging from mental health facilities–both inpatient and outpatient–to medical social work and home health. I have extensive experience working with my own and other Tribal communities in rural Alaska, California, and Oregon, providing culturally relevant psychotherapy and advocacy.
Prior to earning my Master of Social Work in 2000, my foundational mental health experience spanned intensive inpatient, outpatient, day treatment, and residential mental health programs.
As a social worker, I understand individuals, families, tribes, and communities as both composed of, and embedded within complex systems. I work to help clients plan for and adapt to change, striving to offer a safe, supportive environment in which clients will not just experience relief, but become their best selves ready to flourish in a welcoming future.
Ready to break through anxiety, ditch people-pleasing, and do life with more peace and way more fun? 🙋🏼♀️
I specialize in helping high-capacity women — especially oldest daughters and recovering perfectionists — feel safe in their own minds again. I know what it’s like to carry invisible emotional weight while keeping a smile on your face. I’ve lived it, I’ve trained in it, and I’d love to help you unlearn the pressure and rebuild with grace.
