I am licensed in Ohio with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & anger management. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support you in that journey.

I believe the most effective care comes from a strong, collaborative partnership. I approach each person as more than a diagnosis, and I value honesty, accountability, and mutual respect in the work we do together. Change is possible—I’ve seen it firsthand—and I’m here to support you in becoming the version of yourself you want to be. My background includes both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nursing from Walsh University, and I bring that clinical foundation into thoughtful, individualized care.

I have found therapy to be the place for the client and the counselor to laugh, cry, decide, and embrace the sacred space of change and acceptance in one’s life. I have served in pastoral ministry for eighteen years along with five years as a clinical counselor. I feel that I bring a pastor’s heart of empathy, patience, and compassion into my therapeutic work. I do enjoy serving clients with varied needs and of all faiths.

Allison L Schulte, LSCSW, is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker who offers therapeutic services to adults, adolescents, and children experiencing depression, anxiety, cognitive impairments such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, personality disorders, grief and loss, significant stress, relationship difficulties, and other social or emotional concerns. She holds both undergraduate and master’s degrees in social work from Wichita State University.

I specialize in wellness approaches using vitamins and minerals and traditional Western medicine options. I'm goal-oriented and want clients who like to develop a relationship with their provider. I like to make appointments about your goals and desires. I will meet everyone on their path, and we will work toward whatever makes you feel comfortable. I offer flexible scheduling with day, evening, and weekend appointments. My clients report that they love the flexibility and their growth.
